Terms & Conditions of Membership, Education & Participation

1. Welcome & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to RegeniThrive Academy, founded by Anna Naturalista.
Our mission is to awaken more leaders to their Light in less time, supporting humanity in thriving in harmony with each other and Nature.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in RegeniThrive Academy, including its educational resources, community, live and recorded classes, guided experiences, membership programs, digital products, and related services.
By registering, purchasing, or participating, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional agreements applicable to your participation.
Participation is voluntary and reflects your personal choice to engage with the Academy's educational philosophy, teachings, and experiences.
2. Love-Tuition & Academy Membership
RegeniThrive Academy offers foundational educational teachings through Love-Tuition, making designated educational materials accessible without a tuition charge.
Love-Tuition membership provides access to available foundational learning resources and community features according to their published availability.
Additional experiences, including Integration, Implementation, Embodiment, Academy Stewardship, personalized guidance, and Concierge Mentorship, may require separate payment or enrollment.
RegeniThrive Academy is an independently operated educational enterprise and is not represented as a charitable organization.
Voluntary contributions support the Academy's educational mission but are not required for access to Love-Tuition foundational teachings.
3. Personal Sovereignty & Responsibility
I Am a Sovereign Being.
I acknowledge and affirm that I am a sovereign individual, endowed with free will, personal discernment, and the responsibility to make my own decisions.
I understand that all teachings, intuitive perspectives, educational materials, discussions, exercises, suggestions, and guidance shared by Anna Naturalista or RegeniThrive Academy are offered for education, personal exploration, and conscious self-development.
I retain full authority over my own interpretations, beliefs, decisions, actions, and responses.
I understand that participation does not transfer responsibility for my personal choices to Anna Naturalista, RegeniThrive Academy, its instructors, representatives, or affiliates.
I agree to exercise independent judgment, consider my individual circumstances, and seek appropriate qualified professional guidance whenever necessary.
I acknowledge that I remain responsible for how I choose to apply information received through the Academy and for the reasonably foreseeable consequences of my independent actions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
I recognize that the Academy respects my autonomy and that I am free to accept, question, adapt, or decline any teaching or suggested practice.
My Affirmation:
I honor my sovereignty, exercise conscious discernment, and accept responsibility for my choices and actions. I engage with these teachings as an empowered participant in my own life.
Nothing in this section releases RegeniThrive Academy or its representatives from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Educational & Informational Purpose
RegeniThrive Academy offers educational teachings relating to intuition, self-mastery, conscious leadership, personal development, regenerative living, energetic practices, and related subjects.
The Academy's teachings may include spiritual, philosophical, intuitive, experiential, traditional, and scientific perspectives.
Such content is presented for education and personal exploration. Spiritual or intuitive interpretations should not be understood as independently verified scientific or medical facts unless expressly supported by appropriate evidence.
Participation does not establish a medical, psychological, legal, financial advisory, or other licensed professional relationship.
Any individualized guidance is educational in nature unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
5. Medical, Psychological & Wellness Disclaimer
The educational content and guidance offered by Anna Naturalista and RegeniThrive Academy are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
No teaching, meditation, energetic practice, intuitive observation, nutritional discussion, wellness suggestion, or educational experience is a substitute for evaluation or care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Participants are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals regarding medical conditions, medications, mental health concerns, pregnancy, physical limitations, or other health considerations.
Participants should not discontinue or modify prescribed treatments or medications based solely on Academy content.
Certain experiential practices, including meditation, breath-work, movement, and emotional exploration, may not be appropriate for every individual.
Participants are encouraged to honor their personal capacities and discontinue activities that cause distress or discomfort.
In a medical or psychological emergency, seek immediate assistance from appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals.
6. Financial, Business & Legal Disclaimer
Discussions of business, wealth, leadership, investments, property, personal finances, or legal matters are educational and informational.
They do not constitute individualized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Participants are responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals before making significant financial, business, or legal decisions.
RegeniThrive Academy does not guarantee financial returns, business performance, career advancement, or other material outcomes.
7. No Guarantees of Results
Each participant enters the Academy with unique experiences, circumstances, abilities, intentions, and levels of participation.
Accordingly, Anna Naturalista and RegeniThrive Academy make no guarantees regarding specific personal, professional, spiritual, intuitive, emotional, health, relationship, or financial outcomes.
Participation does not guarantee:
Development of any particular intuitive or psychic ability
Specific spiritual or personal experiences
Healing or improvement of medical conditions
Financial gain or business success
Relationship outcomes
Personal transformation within a specified timeframe
Results comparable to those described by other participants
Testimonials and individual experiences reflect the perspectives of those participants and do not establish typical or guaranteed results.
8. Digital Products, Virtual Experiences & Refund Policy
All sales of digital educational products and virtual educational experiences are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
This policy applies to purchases such as:
Digital classes, recordings, and educational resources
Downloadable materials and online courses
Live virtual classes and guided educational experiences
Integration, Implementation, and Embodiment programs
Personalized recorded educational guidance
Other designated digital or virtual products
Because digital educational materials may become accessible immediately and virtual experiences involve reserved access, preparation, or delivery of services, refunds are not ordinarily available for changes of mind, unused access, scheduling preferences, or dissatisfaction with subjective results.
Access to purchased educational materials and experiences is governed by the specific offer description.
Where a program requires a minimum number of participants before scheduling, the applicable enrollment threshold and scheduling process will be disclosed before purchase.
If RegeniThrive Academy cancels an experience or cannot deliver a purchased product or service, the Academy will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation rights, remedies for defective or undelivered products or services, or other consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Academy Stewardship
Academy Stewardship is an optional annual membership contribution of $111 per individual, subject to any subsequently published price changes applicable to future purchases or renewals.
Active Stewards receive the benefits described in their membership offer, including:
Access to the Power of Two Psychic Play Partner Program
The ability to invite an eligible partner or request Academy-assisted matching
Priority invitations to designated Academy experiences
Early registration opportunities for eligible programs and events
Stewardship does not include complimentary admission to separately priced educational experiences unless expressly stated.
Power of Two participation generally requires each partner to maintain an eligible individual Stewardship membership.
Where Stewardship is offered as an automatically renewing subscription, the renewal amount, frequency, cancellation method, and other required subscription disclosures will be presented before purchase.
Cancellation of automatic renewal prevents future charges but does not ordinarily refund the current membership period, except as required by law.
The Academy may modify future membership benefits with appropriate notice and in accordance with applicable law.
10. Live Programs & Scheduling
Certain Academy experiences operate through group enrollment thresholds and participant scheduling preferences.
The 10-Day Intuition Integration is currently structured to begin after 27 eligible enrollments.
The 6-Week Intuition Implementation is currently structured to begin after 12 eligible enrollments.
Program dates and live-session schedules will be communicated when confirmed.
Participants acknowledge that enrollment does not guarantee their preferred meeting time.
The Academy will communicate material scheduling changes and provide legally required remedies if a purchased program cannot be delivered.
Participation in scheduled sessions is voluntary. Missed sessions, available replays, and any rescheduling opportunities are governed by the applicable program description.
11. Personalized Guidance — Wisdom Within
Wisdom Within — A Personal Message from Anna is a personalized educational guidance experience.
For a one-time purchase of $144, participants may submit one to three questions concerning their intuitive development and receive a personalized recording of up to 30 minutes, together with relevant educational resources as appropriate.
The standard delivery period is five business days following confirmed payment and receipt of the completed questions.
Wisdom Within is educational and does not constitute a medical diagnosis, psychological assessment, legal consultation, financial advisory service, or guarantee of a particular result.
The participant retains full responsibility for interpreting and applying any guidance.
Personal questions and recordings are treated as confidential customer materials, subject to the Academy's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Community Conduct & Respectful Participation
RegeniThrive Academy is dedicated to creating a respectful educational community.
Participants agree to communicate with kindness, integrity, and consideration for others.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, deliberate disruption, fraudulent conduct, exploitation, and misuse of Academy resources are prohibited.
The Academy also maintains standards for respectful language and may moderate profanity, abusive language, and conduct inconsistent with the educational environment.
Participants must respect the autonomy, consent, and personal boundaries of others.
RegeniThrive Academy reserves the right to moderate discussions, restrict access, or suspend participation for material violations of published community rules, subject to applicable law.
13. Confidentiality & Participant Privacy
Participants agree to respect the personal experiences, disclosures, and identifying information shared by other Academy members.
Personal stories, contact details, and sensitive information shared in a limited-access educational setting should not be disclosed publicly without appropriate permission.
The Academy takes reasonable measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee that other participants will always maintain confidentiality.
Participants should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive information in group settings.
The Academy's collection and processing of personal data are governed by its Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
The original writings, educational materials, recordings, designs, course structures, formulas, methodologies, trademarks, and other protected content belonging to Anna Naturalista or RegeniThrive Academy remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Enrollment grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use purchased or freely provided educational content for authorized learning purposes.
Unless expressly permitted, participants may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit, or falsely claim authorship of protected Academy materials.
Participation does not grant authorization to represent oneself as a certified RegeniThrive practitioner, instructor, or official representative.
Participants retain ownership of their own independently created work, experiences, and original ideas.
These provisions do not restrict lawful fair use, independently developed knowledge, or other rights protected by applicable law.
15. Media Release & Recording
Participation in certain Academy experiences may involve audio recording, video recording, photography, or live-streaming.
The separate RegeniThrive Academy Media Release Waiver governs applicable consent and authorized uses of participant recordings, testimonials, images, and contributions.
Participants will be provided access to the Media Release Waiver and applicable recording notices.
The Academy will comply with relevant consent and privacy requirements.
Confidential student materials are not automatically authorized for public promotional use.
16. Academy Integrity Agreement
Academy members are also asked to affirm the separate RegeniThrive Academy Integrity Agreement, which expresses the Academy's commitments to Sacred Wisdom, personal responsibility, respectful stewardship, confidentiality, and ethical application.
The Integrity Agreement supplements these Terms & Conditions.
If provisions conflict, applicable law and any specifically negotiated written agreement take precedence, followed by the more specific applicable Academy agreement to the extent legally enforceable.
17. Assumption of Ordinary Participation Risks
Participants understand that educational and experiential activities may involve intellectual, emotional, interpersonal, or physical challenges.
Participants voluntarily choose their level of engagement and agree to exercise reasonable care and personal judgment.
To the extent permitted by law, participants assume the ordinary and inherent risks of activities they voluntarily undertake, after receiving any required disclosures.
This provision does not waive claims arising from conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RegeniThrive Academy, its operating entity, Anna Naturalista, and their authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in Academy offerings, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
For claims arising from a paid offering, and to the extent legally permissible, aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.
For Love-Tuition services, any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to indemnify RegeniThrive Academy and its authorized representatives against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses directly arising from the participant's unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require participants to indemnify the Academy for its own negligence, misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.
20. Availability & Changes to Services
RegeniThrive Academy may update educational materials, improve its technology, revise schedules, and introduce new learning experiences.
The Academy will make reasonable efforts to preserve purchased access according to the applicable offer.
Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated appropriately.
The Academy may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, or operational needs.
21. Account Security & Eligibility
Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and notifying the Academy of suspected unauthorized access.
Accounts may not be transferred or shared in ways that bypass applicable membership or purchase requirements.
The Academy's standard account registration is intended for adults aged 18 or older unless a separate, approved minor-participation process is established.
22. Disputes & Governing Law
The parties are encouraged to seek a good-faith resolution of concerns by contacting the Academy through its published support channel.
Any governing-law, jurisdiction, mediation, arbitration, or dispute-resolution provisions will be established following review by the Academy's legal counsel.
Nothing in these Terms restricts non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.
23. Updates to These Terms
RegeniThrive Academy may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its educational offerings, business operations, legal obligations, or participation requirements.
Material changes will be communicated when required.
Where renewed affirmative acceptance is necessary, participants will be asked to review and accept the updated version.
Previously accepted versions will be retained as appropriate.
