RegeniThrive Academy Media Release Waiver

Participation and Media Authorization By accepting this Media Release, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my participation in RegeniThrive Academy programs, classes, events, and related educational experiences. 1. Recording of Educational Experiences I understand that live classes, workshops, group discussions, virtual meetings, interviews, and other Academy experiences may be photographed, audio recorded, video recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented. I consent to the recording of my participation, including my image, voice, name, statements, questions, and contributions when I choose to participate in a recorded experience. 2. Educational and Public Media Use I authorize Anna Naturalista, LLC, RegeniThrive Academy, and their authorized representatives to use recordings of my participation, including reasonable excerpts and edited selections, for educational, informational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Authorized uses may include: Academy courses and educational resources Class replays and instructional excerpts Websites and landing pages YouTube videos, livestream replays, and Shorts Social media posts and promotional clips Email newsletters and announcements Presentations, interviews, and other Academy-related publications I understand that materials published on public platforms may be accessible to audiences beyond Academy membership. 3. Written Testimonials, Reviews & Shared Experiences I authorize Anna Naturalista and RegeniThrive Academy to reproduce, display, and share written testimonials, feedback, reviews, and statements that I intentionally submit for publication or promotional use. This permission includes reasonable formatting, shortening, and editing for clarity while preserving the meaning and integrity of my original words. Any use of my testimonial will accurately represent my genuine experience and opinions. My confidential student submissions, personal correspondence, intake responses, and individualized guidance requests are kept confidential, secure and outside this authorization unless I separately approve their publication. 4. Name, Image & Voice I authorize the use of my name, image, likeness, and voice in connection with the approved recordings and testimonials, subject to applicable law, unless otherwise explicitly stated. RegeniThrive Academy may identify me by my first name or other identifying information such as preferred photo and title I have approved for publication. 5. Editorial Use I understand that recordings may be edited, excerpted, captioned, reformatted, or combined with other Academy materials for the authorized purposes. Such editing will preserve the reasonable context and meaning of my contributions. 6. Compensation I understand that participation in a recorded educational experience or the voluntary submission of a testimonial does not, by itself, create an entitlement to payment, royalties, or other compensation for authorized media use, unless separately agreed in writing. 7. Duration & Future Requests This authorization applies to materials created during my participation while this release is in effect, subject to applicable law. I may contact RegeniThrive Academy to request a review of future uses of identifiable material featuring me. I understand that previously published or distributed materials may remain available through third-party platforms, archives, or previously distributed copies. Any legally required withdrawal or limitation of consent will be honored. 8. Respectful Use & Student Privacy RegeniThrive Academy is committed to using student contributions respectfully and preserving the integrity of the educational experience. Sensitive personal disclosures, confidential intake information, and individualized student communications require separate review and authorization before public use. 9. Acknowledgment By selecting the Media Release agreement checkbox during registration, enrollment, or checkout, I confirm that I have been provided access to this release, understand its stated scope, and consent to the uses described above.
